Yay! We're all done! Sixteen brave souls tackled reading Chapter 1 of The Lord of the Rings: A Long Expected Party. Thank you, dear readers, for doing such a magnificent job with your parts of the chapter. There is such a lovely mix of accents, and I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed listening to your readings. Now we can all have the even greater joy of listening to the entire chapter in sequence.

Just to let you know, sign-ups for reading Chapter 2, The Shadow of the Past, will begin on September 8th and run for a week. There will be a week after that for practice, and reading will begin, appropriately enough, on September 22nd! :)
